New Gadget

Well, actually it's not something new to me. I use blackberry since end of 2008. My boss asked me to use his old blackberry 8700 while he used the Curve 8320 model. I love using blackberry, the facility is great. It make me easier to reply all my emails and reduce my phone bill with its chatting application.

In 2009, my boss changed his device into blackberry new Curve 8900 or Javeline. So, I used his old 8320. I liked 8320 better than 8700. The big different is the camera, there is no camera in 8700 model. The price of this gadget is quite expensive. But for the applications its offering, I believe it's a reasonable price. I promise myself that one day, I must have my own blackberry.

Three days ago, I went to Cellular and IT Expo. There is a tempting offering of blackberry 8520 or Gemini and I decided to buy it. I chose the white color since I love white. Finally... I have my own blackberry... YAY!!!! Perfect evolution, if I may say. I use 3 types of navigation tool in the last 3 years, in 8700 is scroll tool, in 8320 is trackball, and in 8520 is trackpad. What a nice experience!

Encouragement Words

When I felt that my burdens are heavy, sometimes my friend or anyone can encourage me to stay calm and believe. Early this year, I found 2 encouragement words that really help me when I'm down. I hope it will encourage everyone who read my blog. These are the words:

"When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go. Only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall or He'll teach you how to fly!"

and

"God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way. If He brings you to it, He will bring you through it."

Rafting

Water sport is fun. I think most of us love water sport, but not me. I hardly have water sport because the cramps I felt at my leg. I used to swim, enjoyed it! Learned to do it by myself when I was in elementary school. There was a public swimming pool near my house and almost every weekend we swam. The last time I swam was in the junior high school, I got 3x cramps... Luckily my dad was around to help me out of water. After that incident, I never do any water sport.

Well, this early January I had a big meeting with one of the sister company. We were at tea plantation for 2 days meeting and spent other day to do outbound and rafting. This was a big challenge to me, confused whether to do it or skip yet I decided to do it. I had to do it, I wanted to know how it feel. WOW! It was fun, a great adventure. I got my cramps (like always) and hit by my friend's oar (laughing). One of our boat was turn around, a friend got drift away and one of us helped him. YAY! We finished save and sound. Would like to try this extreme water sport again one day!!!

ONLINE FRIEND

FRIEND...

What do friend mean to me? Hmm, friend is the closest person I have (beside my family), some of them I consider as family. That's why I choose my friend very carefully. I try to give the best to my friend. If I may say, they mean the world to me. Could not live without one.

Recently I know that honesty is hard to find. Even when you give your best, share your secret and give your trust... It won't guarantee you from being deceived. Ah! I'm very stupid because so easily deceived by others. I'm wondering what they are thinking when they deceived me? Anyhow, I always find the flaws... So, thanks be to God.

This is my latest experience. I have a rule not to met people whom I met online. Well, I broke the rule once. First, because I was curious on how it will be. Second, because he was funny and I found comfort in him. This is a valuable experience. I learn not to trust any online friend.

The story began with his personal life where he stated that he is single, had a bad relationship for 7 years. His wife left him for her classmate while he was too busy looking for money. 7 years of marriage and no children. What a poor guy! Right?

Stayed close to him for a year. We hang out, had dinner, watched movie, talked over the phone or chatted via sms. I shared some of my secret with him. I trusted him. I thought I knew him, but I was wrong!

One day, I had a strong feeling to dig more about this guy. So, I explore more on one of his online profile. AHA! There you go... I found his picture with his wife and two children on a wedding dinner they attended 5 months ago. Shocked! I found the picture on his brother profile. I was confirmed by looking at his wedding ring (he wore a wedding ring @ the picture) and the similar look of his children, both look exactly like him. Jesus Christ!

Yes, I've been deceived!!! I asked my friend - who also knew him - to confirm about the picture. He confess that he was with his wife and his children, even mentioning their age. Wow!

This is the reason I said honesty is hard to find! Why would you lie to your friend? Why? I just don't understand. I trusted him! He wrote a quote @ his profile: "it takes years to build trust and only a second to destroy it". Well, my friend, you are right! You just destroy my trust, congratulation. Hope one day I can forgive you.

So, everyone... Never ever trust your online friend easily!!!!

OMG!

Why do I have to find out about it now?
Why didn't You stop it from the beginning?
Why You allow this to happened?

When I entered too deep
When I believed again
I don't understand...
I never understand Your way, Lord

Have to admit how blind I was...
How can I fall at the same place again?
I'm very stupid, never learn the lesson!!!!

Thank you for showing me the truth...

Just give me the strength I need now
I can not pass it without You, Jesus...
